Arriving to Cracow first sight was like being in Hungary. Poland is not too different, especially the countryside. Also, the roads were under construction so it took ages to arrive. Meanwhile, Valentina texted me that something is wrong with the apt :O I just arrived to Cracow when I got the message so we could meet in like 30 minutes, and yes, something was really wrong... at the place that supposed to be our flat, they told us at the reception that there is no any reservation and they don't know the agency who booked it for us... We were there for 2 hours figuring out what to do now. And than, 2 hours later, Valentina checked her emails and she surprisingly noticed that Julien messaged her. Obviously, he was somewhere waiting for us!! He also sent his phone number so we called him...and he waived for us from our apt! So the thing is that we thought the apt is number5, but it's actually number2.... LOL We wasted 2 hours but no problem. The apt. is pretty, I have a nice room, although, it's not too big.
After I had a dinner with my parents and also, I met Kasia and Iwona:) They were completely wasted when picked me up at my apt... Also, Kasia's borther, Konrad joined us and ordered like 48 shots in sum... It was such a crazy night :P
Today I was still hanging out with my parents, exploring the historical city center. There are so many shops with a lot of interesting stuff, I think I won't have problem to find Christmas presents haha :D
Tomorrow our orientation week gonna start, I'm excited to meet other internationals:)
Good news that there is a bicyle system here like in DC, but way cheaper :D Okkay, there are not as much stations as in DC, but still, I think I wanna apply for it (but I don't understand Polish and there are not too many information in English lol)
